defensive va insieme a midfielder. Puoi dire anche "centrocampista arretrato". Per essere ancora più precisi, Gattuso viene definito un "incontrista", un giocatore il cui compito principale è interrompere le trame avversarie. Calculating invece significa astuto, scaltro, in certi casi anche "calcolatore" (come aggettivo), ma non mi pare che qui si adatti.
