Escludo la possibilità che si tratti di un refuso. Dal significato originale di 'accatastare, ammucchiare', mi pare si possa rendere con 'conservare, custodire', anche se il poco contesto che riporti non è molto illuminante. Buon lavoro.

A questo punto, non è certo conservare il significato. Premesso che se fai una ricerca su google trovi molti prodotti con il nome di 'muscle stack', più che combinare le giuste dosi, secondo me vuol dire combinare i due prodotti/abbinarli per sfruttare al meglio le diverse proprietà. Tant'è vero che conclude dicendo che, in mancanza di indicazioni specifiche, è bene usarli insieme.
