credo che questo sia un termine medico specifico, come dimostra la pagina di Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cross_education).
Non so però se esiste un corrispettivo specifico in italiano, visto che in molti testi viene lasciato il termine in inglese.
