Explanation:
Mi spiego.
Per raffreddare un dato pezzo tu potresti piazzarci una ventola davanti
e preservarlo dal surriscaldamento.
Si parlerebbe allora di "Dynamic indentation"...
in questo caso le ventole stesse hanno degli incavi particolari (indentations= incavi) che durante la rotazione tengono fredde queste ultime convogliando l'aria al loro interno.
Si parla di Static Indentation perchè in questo caso non vi è una fonte attiva di raffreddamento ma il pezzo si autoraffredda compiendoi la sua funzione.
Più o meno la stessa differenza vi è tra i motori ad acqua e ad aria.
