Vedi anche la spiegazione seguente: Application in Canada Are unexpected equipment failures getting you down? Turn to Martin for product solutions to keep you up and running. A Pulp and Paper End-user in Canada had a large 316 stainless steel pulp and paper steaming vessel screw. In a year's time, the screw had unexpectedly failed three times at a cost of $40,0000 for each failure. They turned to Martin's problem solving engineers for a solution. Martin recommended increasing the diameter of the pipe to reduce deflection. They also recommended replacing the "flexing paddle" design of their current screw with a "cut-flight" design to remove flex stress. As an added strengthener, the entire screw was shot peened and glass bead blasted. Martin's multi-faceted solution extended the product life as well as decreased the end-user's lost production time. vite a filetto troncato Explanation: "flight" si riferisce al filetto della vite. Angela |
