Explanation:
Non sono molto sicura sulla parola "tecnico", ma nel settore marittimo P&I non si traduce e tutti sanno di cosa si tratta. I P&I Club sono associazioni simili alle assicurazioni che proteggono le navi. In genere queste persone dispongono di tecnici che vanno a verificare i danni, e penso che il tuo engineer faccia questo. Nei documenti che traducevo lo chiamavo spesso "perito P&I"
