Dunque - il rischio di scossa elettrica (da quando in qua, in italiano, si chiama "shock" la "scossa"? Tutt'al più è "elettrocuzione") esiste sempre per i non adetti al lavoro.
Viene considerata diversamente per la situazione lavorativa: solo persone competenti e autorizzate si devono occupare del dispositivo quando è alimentato (power ON) altrimenti si rischia.

Sembra sciocco ma ne ho fatti tanti di manuali e le segnalazioni per gli adetti sono diversi da quelli per i non adetti.
Traduci tranquillamente il testo come lo vedi.
