Ho bisogno lumi circa la prima parte di questa frase. Se il primo backends della frase è un verbo, dovrebbero essere in terza persona plurale anche read/write, in caso contrario se fosse sostantivo manca qualcosa. Nel secondo caso, backends è sicuramente sostantivo.

Non mi serve la traduzione della frase, mi serve solo avere un suggerimento circa l'interpretazione del primo backends.

Spero di non chiedere troppo.

Cara Chiara,

la frase sembra proprio monca... mi sembra che manchi qualcosa :)

Secondo me è tutto un processo, non possiamo ignorare "then" e "finally"... sembrano proprio tre fasi:

1) backends
2) reads/writes
3) flushes

Direi che si tratta di un errore grammaticale del testo sorgente.

Altrimenti, se backends fosse sostantivo, non credi che un "then" così di botto ci stia proprio male? O forse c'è un verbo subito prima di database?

Che confusione :)
