English:

Italian:

Quest'apparechio e conforme ai requisiti delle direttive xxx e xxx, come emendate dalla direttiva xxx.

Is: come emendate dalla direttiva" correct?

Or: come emendata dalla...

Please, help!!!

I definitely agree with the answer posted by Oversattare,but I want to add a copule of things.
If your problem is with the conventional way in which the sentence is to be translated,Oversattare's proposal is absolutely correct, but if you are facing a language problem, "by" in Italian is never "alla", but "dalla". In this case it is the same as "through" or "through the medium of", in Italian "da" "dalla" "dal" "dallo" "dagli" "dalle", so from a grammar point of view, Salvo's answer is definitely correct as well.
