In questo caso, secondo me, "i nuovi arrivi/le novità" non è appropriato. Non si tratta, chessò, di una rivista in cui si viene aggiornati sulle nuove collezioni... Un manuale di cucito ha certamente altri scopi. Detto questo, su Google si trova molto poco (quasi solo "novelty coats" per cani!), ma propongo ugualmente la mia traduzione.
