English term or phrase: sharp shorts
Si parla di uno stilista inglese, questo è il commento di una giornalista: "King of the blouse and a hot new talent is Richard Nicoll, his way of anchoring pintuck shirts, with a black bow at the neck and a bodice on top, was with *sharp shorts*, slim pants or polka dot hose. Nicoll's English maids had a powerful vibe...".
