Mi sa che devo andare a pranzo. Questa è una parola che uso in continuazione in inglese, ma non mi viene una traduzione. Il dizionario mi dice "irregimentato" (che non riesco neanche a leggere....). Ci sarà una parola che esprima bene il concetto in italiano (o magari due o tre)?

"Having booked here to stay one night on the way back, we assumed it would be the same I.E chilled out, laid back etc but it wasn't. I cant really say we found fault with it, it was just so much more regimented than where we were before. The food was excellent but annoying as non smokers we could not eat at any restaurant without smoking all around us, also the addition of 10% to all bills annoyed us a bit."
