"Lush" può essere interpretato anche "di lusso" (vedi link). Visto che si parla di porte di cantine e negozi di specialità gastronomiche (entrambi accomunati dal fattore prezzo elevato), mi sembra l'interpretazione più adatta al contesto. Più che "abbondanza di prodotti" direi quindi "prodotti di alta qualità".
