Stiamo parlando dell'Associazione dei Lions Clubs e del relativo Congresso Internazionale dei Lions Città Murate. In particolare si tratta di indicazioni relative alla prenotazione per partecipare alla convention.
La frase è la seguente:

"Confirmation / amended rooming lists **to reach Viva,** together with a second trench payment of another non refundable 35% by Saturday 30th April."

"The equivalent final balance of 30%, and any minor amendment to the previously forwarded rooming lists **are to reach Viva** by close of business of Saturday 14th May."

Non riesco a capire il significato dell'espressione. Suggerimenti? Grazie! :)
