stopping rate frequenza dei guasti Explanation: Escludo che i treni abbiano l'abitudine di andare a fare shopping senza preavviso, dovrebbe quindi trattarsi di un errore per 'stopping' "Unscheduled stopping rate" che tradurrei con "Frequenza dei guasti" o "Frequenza delle fermate dovute a guasti".
