Explanation:
連結決算を想定した不動産管理会計ソフトの話のようですね。このソフトでのentityは多分、不動産の所有権者(本社、独立採算の支社、事業部、子会社、共同事業会社など)で、それらをまとめて、SAWADAさんの仰るように「関連会社」だと言えなくはありませんが、投資会社やリテールへの援用も考えられますので、ここは「エンティティ」がいいと思います。
エンティティ=
1)物の構造や状態、動作などをモデルに表現する時、そのモデルの構成要素をエンティティと呼ぶ。
2)システムやプログラムなども一つの「モデル」と考えることができる。これらのモデルで、例えば情報を統一的、抽象的に取り扱う時、この情報をエンティティと呼ぶ。コンピュータシステムの中に記憶されるデータ、ファイル、原始プログラム(source program)、目的プログラム(object program)なども、それぞれエンティティである。

補足および訂正です。参照リーフレットの図を見る限り、entityは物件を含む「資産エンティティ」で、図の管理会社の例では、物件をentityで、管理料など収支の相手をaccountで仕訳しているように見えます。だとすると「エンティティ間」のownership structureとは、複数の物件にわたる所有構¥造となります。
