建物を建設するとき最終的に建造物ができるまでに時間がかかりますので、まずは建設仮勘定という勘定を建てます。最終的に完成した段階で建物（建造物）など最終的な資産勘定へ振り替えます。この場合の費用収益認識方式としては工事進行基準（percentage-of-completion method）と工事完成基準（completed-contract method)の2通りがあり、前者は工事の進捗具合に応じて収益認識をし､後者は完成するまで一切認識しません。This step is to specify the distribution rule for the AUC. 製薬会社はキャッシュリッチなところが多いので、研究所とか自前で建てる企業は多いです。なので、必ずしも建造物でないとは言い切れない場合もあります。余談ですが。
