"It’s just a Japanese-style pub but not your average Japanese-style pub"は「たかが。。。されど」の原意を表す訳出度１００％のバージョンとして問題はありませんが、広告文としてすこし長すぎるかもしれませんね。（OPにしか長すぎるかどうか判断できないけど。）

というわけで、もう少し短いバージョンを提供します。そして、日本に住んでいる外国人に向けた広告ならば、izakayaを使ったほうがピンとくるはず。

前後の文脈もふまえて意訳するのも一つの方法かと思います。

あと、"izakaya" という呼称は英語圏でもここ最近普及しつつあるようですが、この質問箇所の
前の部分で "... izakaya, Japanese pubs, ..." とでも述べておけば、あとは "izakaya"　で
構わないのではないでしょうか？
