その結果、取締役会は、2011年5月7日の業務終了時に普通株の登録株式に対し、1株当たり配当金をZZセントと公表し、2011年5月31日に支払われることを発表した。

と解釈しているのですが、”that will be payable May 31, 2011”の入れ方や、”at the close of business on May 7, 2011”が自信ありません。
