There goes:
1) Concept exterior outline design plan; at scale 1:100
2) Building conceptual section related to exterior facade; at scale 1:100
3) Building conceptual elevation; at scale 1:100
4) Concept Facade design 3D Massing
5) Perspective Renderings (hand sketch or computer drawings, outlining the perspective view of the development land) (6 drawings);
6) Conceptual Image drawing showing lighting design on elevations
7) Review and comments of basic design documents provided by core architect for coordination related to facade design.
