English term or phrase: look past the barrel of
Today I am looking past the barrel of the most exhausting birthday yet.
Rosin
Explanation:
"look past" is "... から視線をそらす" and "barrel of ..." is "いっぱいの ..." or "たくさんの ...". The literal translation will be something like "最も疲れる誕生日のたくさんから視線をそらす", and I think that person "I" is going to change his mood from the "birthday mode" to "normal mode".

So, I am proposing translations as above.
