校正している２０ページほどの行動規範内に繰り返し出てくる表現です。
"This formula is to deliver trust-based high performance"という文章が「この法則は信頼に基づいた高いパフォーマンスを届けるためのものです」とすでに訳されていますが、"high performance" の実質的な主語は人間（従業員）なので、もう少し意味を伴った表現はないものかと悩んでいます。

ほかには、"unethical hard work only delivers high performance in short bursts” などと使われています。

（半日前に "This formula is to deliver trust-based high performance" と Terms or phrase に入力したところ、"Question includes more than one term" という理由で moderator の方に削除されてしまいました。お応えいただいた方、ごめんなさい。）

Explanation:
半日前にも提案しましたが、前回提案しましたあふれる才能に「発揮」という言葉を入れてみました。これでしたら、short burst（短期間）にも合うのではないでしょうか。

高い（優れた）業績（の実現）

Explanation:
「あふれる才能」で十分だと思います。　
高業績を実現する従業員、業績の向上が望める従業員など・・・「performance」を業績（好業績、高業績）と訳すのもあるかと思いました。

やる気を出させる

Explanation:
日本語ではこういう言い回しはしないので、言葉を置き換えてみるのは無理のあるケースだと思います。こんな感じでどうでしょう？

この方式ならば信頼に基づいてやる気を出させることができます。

「成果重視」と言うことならば、「良い仕事をさせる」の方が意に沿うかも知れません。

もう片方は、尻をたたかれてやる気が出たとはいえないので、「無理やり働かされてもがんばりは長続きしない」ぐらいでしょうか。

Asker: ご指摘の通り、字面だけ訳しても意味が通じないという気がしました。「よい仕事」は響きもいいですね。参考にします。ありがとうございます。

好業績（あるいは、能力の発揮）

Explanation:
倫理規範の策定は、洋の東西を問わずここ15年ほど流行っている話題です。

別の箇所で　"unethical hard work only delivers high performance in short bursts”　と使われていることのことですが、これは例えば「労働基準法違反で労働させると、業績は短期的には向上する（が、長続きしない）」といったことを指しているのではないですか？　従業員からすれば「そんなに（違法な）条件では長いことはこき使われてやらないぞ！」となるのでしょう。

ご質問の文章がそれとの対比で使われているのであれば、そのニュアンスを出す必要があるでしょう。
例えば
「信頼関係に基づいた（そして長期的、安定的な）好業績」　（←組織が対象の場合）
だとか
「信頼関係の上で能力が発揮される」（←個人が対象の場合）
あたりになるのではないかと思います。

Asker: ご指摘、ありがとうございます。この会社にとっては初めての試みらしく、非常に具体的な箇所もあればおおざっぱな部分もあります。労基法違反までは想定しませんでしたが、そういいう目で読み直してみます。
