Can you please help me with this sentence. "or which in anyway affects the survival of any right, duty or obligation of any party pursuant to Article 9, 11 and 15 which is contemplated to be performed"

I'm not sure expecially "or which in anyway affects", "is contemplated to be performed".

I don't know what exactly the above sentence means.

What the latter part means depends on what those articles provide for. Generally survival of obligation provisions are for confidentiality or indemnity. This clause is written rather poorly I think as there are increased ambiguities as “is contemplated” and the conjunction “or” connecting the former section and the latter. At any rate, if I struggle for a Japanese expression to the intended effect, I would simply say “本第９、第１１、第１５条の規定による権利、義務、債務は本契約の満了または解約後においても存続するものとする”.

９、１１、１５条に何が規定されているのか教えていただけますか？そこに契約が解約されたらコレコレをすることとすると定められているなら考え直しますが、そうでないなら原文が間違っていると思います。原文作成者に照会できるならそれをお勧めしますし、それが不可能なら文字通り（意味をなさないまま）訳すしかないと思います。最終的な目的がコミュニケーションを助けるということであれば、原文の誤りを指摘することも仕事の一部かと思いますので。

確かに文章をそのまま見ると、（１）満了・解約の時点までに発生した債務、または（２）解約日時点もしくは解約日以降に履行されることとなっている９、１１，１５条による権利、義務、債務の存続に影響するいかなる債務（liability）から免除されることはない、となりますが、それだと恐らく意味をなさないと思います。

もちろん、本当に言いたいのは
