English term or phrase: Silent Note

この質問の直前に「Bubble Note」という用語を Kudoz の質問コーナーにのせたのですが、それと類似の用語で「Silent Note」というのがでてきました。「Bubble Note」はまんが等にでてくる「ふきだし」ではないか、という回答が得られています。では、「Silent Note」は何でしょうか？ちなみにこの原典ファイルはナレーションなので、「音声ではない注意書き」的な意味だとは思うのですが・・・。
ちなみに、以下のように使用されています。

ナレーションということなので、おっしゃるとおり「音声ではない注意書き」で、
画面表示される「注」ということではないでしょうか。

注意の内容が当たり前の内容なので、
「～について（当たり前だから、こっそり）知っておいてください」という意味が silent に
こめられてるという可能性もあるかも。
