「referral」がわかりません。「assessment」はオンラインコース終了後に行う「アセスメントテスト」のことで、定訳です。「referral」は普通「紹介」という意味がありますが、この場合はあてはまりません。辞書を見ると、「関連」という訳がありましたが、「referral」を「関連」と訳すのは一般的なのでしょうか？

referralとは委託、付託、紹介、推薦という意味があります。例えば、a referral of the matters to expertsというと、専門家への問題の委託という訳になります。もう一例、referrals from other physiciansというと、他の医者からの紹介患者たち、となります。つまり、上記のreferral assessmentというのは、PLCトレーニングを受けた後に、自分ではなく、他人によってアセスメント、つまり評価をしてもらう、ということではないですか。先生が生徒のテストの採点を行うものに近いかもしれません。

一般的に言ってReferral といえば推薦状ですが。。。
他の人たちが自分のことをどういっているかによってアセスメントを行なうものではないでしょうか。
