「premise」がよくわかりません。企業の敷地にあるソフトウェアということで「業務用ソフトウェア」と言えるでしょうか？

（ネットワークを経由した）サーバサイドにあるソフトウェア、に対する言葉だと思うのですが、「場所」の要素がさしたる重要性を持たないcontextであれば、仰るように「業務用ソフトウェア」でもOKな場合もありそうですね。
