I do not think this was translated well from German into English. In the German version of the page, it talks about students' Qualifikationsprofil, but qualification profile in English would suggest either some aggregated (and perhaps anonymized) data, as in the qualification profile of the UK workforce, or a brief outline of the qualification, not the people studying for that qualification. In this context, people would often talk about enhancing their CVs or resumes, and I would translate into Japanese accordingly.

More specifically and as far as I can see, Qualifikationsprofil refers to the section of a CV / resume in which educational / academic / professional qualifications are listed, therefore in this context of academic qualification, 学歴 should cover the grounds reasonably well.
