English term or phrase: raw kv

The reason for my question is that I am basically curious. I should have mentioned that I also wound a 3014-16 with the 19AWG wire and came out with a "raw" kV (simply raw unloaded rpm divided by volts) 1250. Actual kV would be higher. Stock value is 1187. So everything I make is higher kV than stock or scaled stock values would suggest. That's why I suspect something systematic in the way I am doing things.
