English term or phrase: one SCK cycle
Whole sentence is "Most protocols begin the data transfer one SCK cycle after the XX signal is detected."

What does "one" refers to? One time?? Any advice is appriciated.

Explanation:
SCK means “clock” as an electronic term. A clock generator (oscillator or crystal) on the board will create on and off signals, changing the state from low to high and high to low, repeatedly at a fixed rate.
Here, one SCK cycle is composed of one low and one high state, or logically one 0 and one 1 state.

Many MCUs (microprocessors) and CPUs have the name for one of its ports as SCK, then you must use SCK rather than クロック, as it is.
