English term or phrase:Frees and Lubricates Sticky Mechanisms
Explanation: Actually, I am not sure of a natural sounding way to say "lubricate a mechanism" that does not mean "add lubricant to the mechanism." So I would also be interested to see what a native speaker or someone with more experience could recommend! So please consider this "just a try".

Explanation: ＯＡＬＤ says "a mechanism" is a set of moving parts in a machine that performs a task. "Sticky mechanisms" should be understood to mean a pair of parts that requires maintenance as grease or the like used in between has been deteriorated and become sticky.
