I searched the term "Directed Commission" by Google to get anumber of examples on English websites, but no prominent usages on Japanese websites. Will anyone please advise how to translate it into Japanese?

現状では、カタカナにtransliterateで対応するのが、適当のようですが、cinefilさんのご指摘のような訳語を当ててゆけば、それが定着するかも・・・！
