Explanation:
An idea.
It reads: Chusyoku wo tori nagara ... (topic)... ni tsuite ohanashi shimasenka.
And it means: Shall we discuss ...(topic)... over lunch?
I think there are several other different ways of putting it into Japanese, and this is one of the most basic/common phrases, I guess. I'm not sure if this is considered to be more advanced Japanese, though.

（chushoku wo torinagara ... ni tsuite ohanashi sasete itadakitai to omou no desuga, ikaga desuka > I'd like to discuss ... (topic)... with you over lunch. What do you think?
2. 昼食をとりながら、．．．についてお話しさせて頂きたいと思うのですが、ご都合はいかがですか。

It would be helpful if you can suggest a sentence in English so that we get a sense of how polite/professional you want to sound, and how exactly you'd like to invite this person for lunch.
