2 hrs confidence: 昼食をとりながら...についてお話しませんか。
Explanation: An idea.
It reads: Chusyoku wo tori nagara ... (topic)... ni tsuite ohanashi shimasenka.
And it means: Shall we discuss ...(topic)... over lunch?
I think there are several other different ways of putting it into Japanese, and this is one of the most basic/common phrases, I guess. I'm not sure if this is considered to be more advanced Japanese, though.
Good luck with your lunch mtg!

For now, I can think of the following. Let's wait for other suggestions.
1.昼食をとりながら、...についてお話しさせて頂きたいと思うのですが、いかがですか。
(chushoku wo torinagara ... ni tsuite ohanashi sasete itadakitai to omou no desuga, ikaga desuka > I'd like to discuss ... (topic)... with you over lunch. What do you think?
2. 昼食をとりながら、...についてお話しさせて頂きたいと思うのですが、ご都合はいかがですか。
(chushoku wo torinagara ... ni tsuite ohanashi sasete itadakitai to omou no desuga, gotsugou wa ikaga desuka > I'd like to discuss ... (topic)... with you over lunch. What does your schedule look like? )
It would be helpful if you can suggest a sentence in English so that we get a sense of how polite/professional you want to sound, and how exactly you'd like to invite this person for lunch.
