Easter is not very big in Japan yet, so probably very few people would know what you are talking about.

Explanation: This means "happy resurrection" and is what people said on Easter at a Catholic church I went to in Japan. So if you're saying it in a religious context, you can use this phrase. But otherwise, use "happii iisutaa" as suggested by the other answerers.
