前記同様、能力評価システムにおける最初の部分です。能力評価を行う人物か、評価される人物かわからないのですが、他に以下のような言葉がでてきます。Self, Manager(s), Direct reports, Peers. 他に、The Total Others Rating is the Average Total Others Score converted to a percentage.　という文章もでてきます。

能力評価を行う人物か、評価される人物かがわからない間は、ちょっとやりづらいですね。前書きの部分をとばして、後の具体的な部分から訳していくと、とばしておいた前書きの内容も解明してくるのでは。

OthersはSelfとの対比で、「他者」ではないでしょうか。

人の事を指しているのであれば、「その他の人の合計」で良いのではないでしょうか？　また、
The Total Others Rating is the Average Total Others Score converted to a percentage.
の場合、「他人によるレーティングの合計は他人のスコアの平均をパーセンテージに変換したものである」とか。　「その他の人の」でも良いと思いますが、ちょっと長いので。
