"Extention" could be either 延長, 拡大,or 発展. And we can give a specific translation for the term if a further context or if the product is more or less specified.
Herein I'd like to pick up 発展, and the text can be rendered into:
「・・・コンタクトセンターにおいてXXXXを発展させることにより、そこに幾多の機会が生じ、状況に合った協力関係がどのように実を結ぶかについてもいくつかの具体例を見ることができます。・・・」
