あまり自信はないのですが、heaving liftingだけを考えると重い物を持ち上げる、ということになりますが、ここでは、プロセッサのデザインを作成するソフトですよね。以下のリンクと照らし合わせ推測すると、そのデザイン処理を行う際に、他の目に見えないタスクや情報をソフトが解析および処理する、ということではないでしょうか。簡単に言ってしまえば、パソコンを例にすると、立ち上げる際にもただ単に電気が入るだけではなく、以前の設定を維持していることの確認や人間の目から見えない裏作業(情報処理)を行って、初めてパソコンが使える状態で立ち上がるのと一緒ではないでしょうか。
