システム利用契約書の知的財産権の帰属に関する条文なのですが、括弧書きになっているas between A and Bの意味が分かりません（AとBは契約当事者）。

手元にある契約・法律用語英和辞典によると、as betweenの意味は～との関係では、というように記載されています。

つまりAとBとの関係においては、システムに関する全ての知的財産権の帰属は、登録、未登録に関係なく、Aとそのライセンサー（許諾者/ライ線許諾者）に権利が帰属したままとなる、ということを意味しています。
