Asker: 早速のご回答ありがとうございます。質問文が説明不足でしたので、補足させて頂きます。authorized settlementが出てくるのは、契約書の保証に関する項目で、judgmentと並列して出てきますので、訴訟や裁判といった法的な分野です。このニュアンスで、何か良い表現を探したいと思っております。またアドバイスよろしくお願いいたします。
