下記文のcontemplateの訳について悩んでおります。主旨としては、「本契約の意図するところの行動」なのだと思うのですが、今ひとつニュアンスが異なるような気がしています。「描く」はニュアンスは近いと思うのですが、契約書の単語としてはカジュアルすぎる気がしており、皆様のアドバイスを頂ければと思っております。

The parties shall keep the existence of this Agreement and the actions it contemplates strictly confidential.

Explanation:
「意図する」と訳される場合もありますが、こちらのほうががよく用いられます。なおここでいう”it”とは「本契約」のことです。
全訳は以下の通り。
両当事者は、本契約の存在および本契約が企図している行為を極秘に保つものとする。
例文：
①　… of the transaction contemplated herein shall be subject to the following:　本契約において企図された取引の～は、以下を条件とします。
②　… agrees to use its best efforts to bring about the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.　　　～は、本契約に基づいて企図されている取引を実行すべく最善の努力をすることに同意する。

考慮する、もくろむ、検討する

Explanation:
この it は parties をさしていますね、いわば「当事者」です。
その当事者が、将来この契約のもとでなにをしようかと考える場合の注意書きがこれです。
ですから意図とか予定でもよいと思いますが、法律文書としてはこのほうがきっちりし、よりプロフェッショナルな表現になると思います。

あ、言い忘れました。「描く」というなら、「思い描く」というべきですが、それでも法律文書としてはプロ性に欠けるでしょう。
