下記文の主旨およびheadingsの訳で困っております。

「第５条　準拠法」等の見出しの「準拠法」の定義をめぐってのトラブルを避けるための条項で、見出しは便宜上、契約書に含まれているだけで、契約書内容の解釈には影響しない、という内容だと解釈しているのですが、少々不安を抱えております。

皆様のアドバイスを頂ければ幸いです。
