とあります。一案として
「よって、ここに認められるその有益かつ有価な約因の妥当性および利益に基づいて、関係者は以下の通り合意した：・・・」
と考えているのですが、このreceiptは「利益（あるいは便益）」でよいでしょうか？

（約因の）受領
