| \"wheresoever same maybe situated and for whatever the reason\" その(上記物権の)所在地の如何に拘わらず、および理由の如何を問わず Explanation: この英語は、もしかて手書きですか？ちょっと変です。wheresoever the same may be situated でその後は and whatever the reason may be か、for whatever reason だと思います。the same は 同上、つまり any .... documents ですね。 回答欄に入れたのは、一応 and の使い方が正しい場合を想定しています。でも、「如何」が２度も登場するのも格好がよくないので、「いかなる理由があろうとも」「理由に関わらず」などでもよいですね。物権がどこにあろうが、理由がなんであろうが代理人が本人に代わって書類に署名できるということですね。 |
