日本の定款の業務規定項目の最後は「前各号に付帯または関連する一切の事業及び業務」とするのが一般的なようです。
旧商法のもとでは、事業目的につき管轄法務局に事前に照会する必要がありました。
新会社法の下では、類似商号規制が撤廃されましたので、「事業目的の具体性は問わない」取り扱いになっております。
ですが従来どおり、適法性・明確性は審査されますので念のため管轄法務局で事業目的を判断してもらったほうが良いでしょう。
また、事業目的の最後には「前各号に附帯する一切の事業」の文言をいれておけば目的の幅が広く柔軟に解釈されることになります。
