Law/Patents - Law (general) | | English term or phrase: Without Prejudice | 以下のように、あるホテルが宿泊客たちに向けて書いた書類の冒頭の語句で、「偏見なく」とか「権利を侵害することなく」などという意味であることは知っているのですが、何かもう少し一般の宿泊客たちが見てわかりやすい表現の訳し方ってないでしょうか？
それともやはり、「権利を侵害することなく」あたりにしておくべきでしょうか？アドバイスよろしくお願いします。
