So, "the same" is translated as "上記", which is literally "things written above". In addition, the main verb "serve" takes two objects, "the same" and "the mandates". I do not know what is to be returned, but I think "of this writ" is omitted after "make due return". THe subject, "officer", can be changed according to the context. |
