English to Japanese translations [PRO]
English term or phrase: ... dispensation of sureties ...
I have difficulty understanding the law term below, I hope you could help me translate to Japanese, as well as an English explanation for what it means exactly: "the Administratrix of the Estate of deceased has applied to Court for an Order that sureties to the Administration Bond to be entered herein be dispensed with. ... consent to the dispensation of sureties to the Administration Bond as aforesaid..."

”れんたいほしょうにんのさいむのしょうめつ”It means that a surety's duty to pay off the debt on behalf of another as agreed upon in a contract or an agreement extinguishes. Based on the information you provided with us, this is the best I can tell you.
A surety is something like a guarantor. However, it would be great if you can give us the entire text of the sentences in " " and discribe the situation surrounding the matter for us to give you the best translation I can think of. if my explanation makes sense to you, that would be great.
