この二つは別々に訳したほうがいいと思います。

As Sumirec pointed out, the two 救世主・救い主can have preferenced depending on the speaker and it's true in Japanese churches they have subtle differences in the use of the two.
For example, 救世主 is used in wider context such as: イスラエルが待ち望んだ救世主、while 救い主is used in more personal level; われらが救い主. (our saviour)
Both words are often used outside Bible context itself, more as reference books and commentary, especially 救世主.
Within Bible, there are 6 救い主 is found in Old Testament.
So it is up to the context you want to translate and how you want to translate.
