英語を見ますと「オーストラリアのxxx飼育場が日本のOOO飼育場に対して、1997年以来、日本の肥育牛市場に未経産雌牛と去勢雄牛を供給してきており、･･･」となっています。”feeder”の本来の意味は「肥育用家畜（animals to be fed or fattened）」のことでしょうが、ここでは牛に限定していますので、「肥育牛」としました。

コメントありがとうございます。ただし、子牛肉の定義として、「10ヵ月未満の幼齢牛の肉が“calf meat”、生後6ヵ月未満のものを “veal”」という定義が畜産用語辞典（社団法人 日本畜産学会編）にのっています。

Explanation:
my biggest concern is the 市場, where in this case they are talking about having a japanese market to do business in as opposed to just taking cattle to a local auction for cattle raised here in Japan, .. hope that makes sense. So I dont know if this is 100% accurate, but I hope it helps.
