The company intends to provide capital to the lower quadrant of the Middle Market.　とあるのですが、「四分円の下側（にある企業）に資金を供給する」となるのでしょうか。ビジョンはあるが資金面に能力を解決すべき企業（＝見込みのある企業）、という意味でしょうか。

中小企業市場の要（かなめ）

Explanation:
Lower quadrantは、小腸、大腸の部分です。消化の役割の多くを果たす重要なところですね。広げるとテニスコートくらいにもなる、といわれます。
Middle marketは、おそらく中小企業よりちょっと大き目の規模の企業のしじょうではないかと思います。
よって以上のようにしてみました。いかがでしょうか。
