English term or phrase: Sales FOCUS Goals

xxxxx has set out a clear intention, as part of the Sales FOCUS Goals for 2011 and beyond, to create a High Performing Sales Force that will set the company apart from competition in the industry.

First I intended of typing all in katakana "セールス　フォーカス　ゴール" with a note, but had second thought. Are there anybody out there who give appropriate Japanese translation idea?
